This enchanting villa offers a king and a queen bedroom with 2 full baths and lots of closet spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped including a Keurig coffee machine and a lanai with a small fridge. Guests can enjoy the entire villa and the community pool including the dock for enjoying the scenery or catching a fish. The beach access is across from Midnight pass - only a few yards away. This community offers its own public beach access #12 which is across Midnight Pass Rd. Guests are allowed to use the fishing dock at the back of the community for enjoying the intracoastal scenery or to catch some fish. Siesta Key offers a free trolley that stops right next to Polynesian Gardens entrance. This home is not child friendly and only suitable for 1-4 adults Guests who stay for 1 month (28 days +) need to pay an additional cleaning fee of $70 for deep cleaning (total $250.00). This amount is due upon reservation and will be requested through the Airbnb app.
