Updated January 5th, 2024 We are welcoming all guests to our Valley Isle Resort studio condominium. Valley Isle 1107 is an Ocean Front studio located at the Valley Isle Resort in Kahana, Maui. Parking is Free at the Valley Isle Resort. About the Unit: •The condo is a relatively large studio space and features a partial kitchen. The kitchen has a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, sink, silverware, and a double burner range. Please note there is no oven in this unit. •Washer & Dryer are in the unit, however the dryer has been malfunctioning recently. If the dryer malfunctions during your stay, we recommend using the paid dryers on the third floor of the Valley Isle Resort. •Blinds - The blinds filter only some light, and will be best enjoyed by morning folks. If you like to sleep in, please be aware that the blinds will not block a lot of the light. We are hoping to get new blinds soon. •Wifi & Spectrum Cable TV are working. •NO AIR CONDITIONING - There is no AC in this unit but it does gets a nice cross breeze through the unit. The ceiling fan and standing fan also work well too. Many people prefer the breeze over AC. Groceries: •Times Supermarket is nearby and open during normal business hours. Safeway, Napili Market, and Honokowai Farmer's Market are also just a short drive away. •There is a convenience store located just across the street within easy walking distance and is open during normal working hours. Restaurants - There are restaurants within walking distance from the condo that are now open daily: • Dolly's Pub, Pizza • Beachhouse Bar & Grill • Miso Phat Sushi • Maui Brewing Company Restaurant If you have any questions please just let us know. We are also available by phone or text after booking. All guests are required to e-sign a standard rental agreement sent immediately after booking, as indicated in the House Rules. Guests will have full access to the condo and all amenities offered by the Valley Isle Resort Association including: •Pool •BBQ •Laundry Room on 3rd Floor •Direct Beach Access Host will be available to answer questions.
