Includes a smart TV and a dedicated office table. Master bathroom features an oversized, fully-tiled shower, 2 separate vanities and a large walk-in closet. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion is included if you forgot yours. -Bedroom #1 offers a comfortable queen bed with mattress protector and comfortable sheets. A large closet with built-in shelves. -Bedroom #3 offers a queen bed suitable with built-in closet shelves for ample storage and extra blankets/linens. Sleeping arrangements: Please review carefully if you have a large group. -Master Bedroom: King bed -2nd Bedroom: Queen bed -3rd Bedroom: Queen bed -Flex room/family room pull-out couch (queen size). -Large couch in the living room -2 inflatable queen mattresses with automatic air pumps Large covered and screened lanai to hangout in the evenings. Quiet residential neighborhood with close proximity to beaches, restaurants and stores. The following are available free upon request: -Baby crib and small toddler sleeping cot -2 adult sleeping cots -Wheelchair ramp to access the home (3" step). Your vacation home is less than 5 miles or about 7 minute drive to the beautiful Nokomis beach and family-friendly North Jetty beach. This beach offers plenty of free parking, free showers and clean bathrooms. Nokomis is situated between Sarasota and Venice with 6 or so beautiful beaches within 20 minutes drive. Many local restaurants within minutes. Super Walmart 2 miles Publix less than 1 mile. Aldi 2 miles and many more stores close by. We welcome your furry family members. Please contact us prior to reservation to let us know what breed your dog(s) are Pet fee is $100/pet for the entire stay. --Please keep your pets off beds and couches-- Contact me prior to booking if you have a small family member traveling with you. Large private and fenced backyard. Free on-site parking, with garage parking. Extra guests: Be advised there will be $100 fee added to your total for ALL undisclosed overnight guests. Undisclosed pet fee is $150/pet. This is to cover for unexpected cleaning time/costs and wear. Please keep ALL exterior doors and windows closed at ALL TIMES to prevent insects and critters from getting inside. To avoid sand trails in the house, please remove sandy shoes and flip flops at the door inside the large aluminum bin. Please limit food and beverages within the kitchen/dining area. Absolutely NO SMOKING or vaping inside the house. There will be additional $200-$400 charge will be added for damages if smoke is detected inside the home. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENT HAVE BEEN MADE.
