We're located in a quiet neighborhood 15-20 minutes away from both airports. There are plenty of activities and restaurants nearby such as the shops of legacy, Ikea, k-town, top golf, arbor hill nature preserve, Lewisville lake, Stonebriar Mall, and the list goes on. Enjoy this five-bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, bbq/smoker grill patio with a beautiful view of the pond. Two rooms have a king-size bed and 3 queen. The master bedroom has a double vanity sink, jetted tub, and a sit-in shower. There are security cameras on-site for safety purposes. Any small gathering please let me know, so I can inform my neighbors to prevent noise complaints. I currently don't have a dog cage, must bring one. No pets on furniture, please 1 pet is allowed, however, there will be a $50 fee for cleaning. Pet Fee: $50 pet Property Damages: Depend on what the damages are Smoking Fee: $200 if damages are found(Outside only) Our patio overlooks two small ponds with easy access to walking trails.
