There are high ceilings throughout and beautiful light fixtures adorning every room. The new "angle feather" design painted on the oval ceiling is gorgeous. Super access to downtown. Guests have two luxury bathrooms; one with rain shower and other with a spa tub. The spa bathroom holds the washer and dryer behind a hidden door. We are located in the Lower Nob Hill neighborhood and you are four blocks from Union Square, famous restaurants, great cafes, bars and theaters. There is really no need for a car because of excellent public transportation or taxis. However, parking is available up the street for $35 per day. There is a homeless presents here, unfortunately like many neighborhoods in the city. However, the area is attractive to young professionals and the San Francisco Academy of Arts Institute students live near by. You will have a marvelous time as we are just minutes from all the attractions, including the 2010 World Series Giants –AT&T Ball Park. The night life is fantastic up the street and around the corner! and super easy to walk to everything downtown has to offer. It's in a major up swing again. All business and young are people returning. Only four blocks to major shopping at Union Square and up the hill to all that Knob Hill and Russian Hill have to offer. Easy to get around: Bart to airport walking distance and only $10 one way Regular bus service All types of other rental transportation including cars, scooters, bikes etc. There is a homeless problem in the city, and we do have a security camera in the front window to deter any would be invader and a security gate with camera. Fortunately in over 12 years this has never happened. Our building is very secure. I always suggest guest use local garages and never leave items in their cars if they park on the street anywhere in the city. Buses, Uber, Left, taxi, Bart, buses, ferries, rental bikes and scooters. Light cleaning is expected during your stay. It should be tidy and all paper goods replaced. All soiled linen needs to be laundered before departure. No food should be left in the disposal, sink or refrigerator.
