The ground floor is where the living room is, spacious and very cozy with nice and comfortable L shaped sofa, 55” HD TV, reading nook under stairs with single bed, an elegant 4 seaters dining room, kitchen with complete utensils, and a full bathroom with hot and cold shower and bidet. Upstairs is where the 2 bedrooms are. The chic designed master’s bedroom has its own bathroom, with bath tub, hot and cold shower and bidet, queen sized bed, built in closet for your wardrobe and a dresser for grooming. Outside of it is a washing area or for a quick smoking. The 2nd room is very comforting with a queen sized bed and a single stand closet for wardrobe. Guests can access and enjoy the whole property. While I respect guests’ privacy, I would still love to interact with them, hence I am just a message away thru Airbnb inbox and other means of communication based on guests’ preference. I have also a local partner and caretaker if guests need assistance. The community is safe with 24/7 security guards. There are varieties of fast food, diners, convenience stores, pharmacies, fruit stands, bazaar, resort, and wakeboarding park in the subdivision if you don’t want to go out farther.
