Our home has everything you will need to relax. Enjoy the open concept living room/kitchen, 4 complete bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, WiFi and A/C. In the back yard, you will find a private pool and laundry room. For a small fee, we can arrange to have someone clean for you, as well, so you can truly relax! Our home is in a gated neighborhood close to the beach. Our neighborhood has a semi-private pool, and our backyard has a private pool with a bbq grill. The neighbors are friendly and we hope you feel at home when you stay in our house. As a guest in our home, you will have access to the entire house and the yard, including the patios, pool, and BBQ grill. (If you use the grill, please use foil when you cook, if possible, and clean the grill as best you can when done). You will also be able to enjoy the amenities of the neighborhood, such as the community pool and gazebo, as well as fruit growing in the common areas. My husband and I live in the United States and we can be available via phone or text. We have people in Boca Chica to help with the property, and they can show you where everything is within the house and the neighborhood. The Dominican Republic is prone to frequent power outages. In order to provide the most comfort for our guests, we have installed both an inverter and a generator. In case of a power outage, the lights, refrigerator and air conditioning will continue to work. We also have a remote that controls our front gate and the gates to get in and out of the neighborhood (a $50 replacement fee will be charged if lost).
