The apartments are located on the second floor and look at the roofs of traditional Balinese households, small roads, and trees. There is a private balcony with a view of the pool and its own small kitchen. High-speed wifi internet connection provided. There is a garage to park several motorbikes. The pool is shared (can be used by guests of two other apartments). There are many different cafes and restaurant in 5-10 minutes by walk, where you will find excellent and affordable western and local cuisine. The best area to stay in Ubud is the city centre as this is where the tourist area is located, and it is a very safe neighborhood. It's asily get around on foot from there, with the main streets being JI Raya Ubud, JI Hanoman and JI Monkey Forest. The neighborhood offers various tourist attractions, a huge selection of shops, stunning art galleries, peaceful cafes and entertaining nightlife. We can help you find your way around, arrange transportation, and assist with other services to make your stay more enjoyable. If you need pick-up or drop-off from the airport, the charge is 400,000 RP. We can also help you arrange motorbike rental for 80,000 - 150,000 RP per day. Our apartment is a great choice if you plan to visit Yoga Barn. The way to Yoga Barn will take only about 10 minutes of walking. We don't have a washing machine but for your information, there is a laundry next to the entrance - in front of the house on the left side. Even though Ubud is a world-popular tourist destination it's a village with its own century-old lifestyle and many households around have chickens. Be informed and don't be amused to hear chickens crows around, including earlier morning and daytime hours. Please be informed that in the tropical climate of Bali the ants can appear in minutes even in the cleanest and most well-maintained houses and we can't promise that you will not meet them. If you will face with this such a case inform us and we will make an additional cleaning as fast as we can. In every Balinese house or villa from time to time, you can notice lizards. They usually appear on the walls and ceilings and can spend hours there, expect different small insects. In most cases, they have a size of up to 10 centimeters but sometimes they can be bigger. They are not dangerous and are a part of the Balinese cultural identity. Because of that, you can often see the lizard symbols on the gates and walls of Balinese houses. According to some traditions, the lizards in the house are a symbol of family happiness and harmony. Please note, we can do nothing about lizards and they live outside or in small cracks and can always penetrate the house. The deletion of one of them doesn't lead to their absence. After an absence for a day or even a few hours, that's quite likely that you will find traces of the presence of the lizards (dust, small lumps of earth, waste products) on the surface of the floors, chairs, beds, and tables.
