We welcome all ages human or canine. Take a ride on the complimentary bikes down to Casperson Beach, come home and rinse off in the outdoor shower. Or drive down to the Jetty and have a picnic at sunset. The options are endless........Enjoy all the perks of South Florida with all of the comfort of home. Laid back Nokomis Gulf Getaway 10+ restaurants and many shops and stores in walking distance. Nokomis Jetty is 2.3 miles away. Venice Beach is 2.4 miles away. #1 beach in America, Siesta Key is just a 20 min drive down Tamiami Trail. The impressive Nokomis Community Park is right across the street, boasting 17 acres full of shelled walking trails, covered basketball courts, 2 tennis courts, a cricket field, charcoal grills as well as a covered playground and a fishing pier. The Legacy Trail has so much to offer and has an entrance right off of the community center park. You can walk, ride a bike, roller blade or even run your way to Sarasota or the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the entire home and tropical grounds. Two lounge spaces are outside, one on the Lanai and one under a pergola with solar fairy lights. A tranquil area very close to the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf Coast , saturated in rich history and old oak trees dripping with moss. A very active yet safe environment. Many classes offered like Hula Hooping, Line Dancing and Yoga at the Nokomis Community Center can keep you busy. Central located for travel to Venice for a Theater Show or to Downtown Sarasota to see the Ringling Estate. A private driveway with a covered carport allows parking for 2 vehicles. Uber and Lyft are very popular in the area. Guests also has access to two bikes to enjoy local restaurants, the beach, and nearby Legacy Trail. Kayaks available for a fee. we are dog friendly, there is a 100.00 non refundable fee. to keep this fee down so 4 legged family members can be on vacation also please pick up after them. respect our furnishings, if your pet has been at the dog beach all day, and its summer we do have a outdoor shower. you are welcome to use it also. :) it has awesome water pressure ♡♡ . If you are planning on bringing pets, please disclosure it in a message. I hate it when the cleaning crew tells me in the form of a added bill. Thank you, I like to take mine with me also.
