Our gorgeous Litchfield Beach condo with four large bedrooms and three full bathrooms offers ample space for a family getaway or a reunion of friends. You will enjoy every modern amenity and have access to a private community pool, the Litchfield beach resort, and all that peaceful Pawleys Island has to offer: golf, nature preserves, museums, shopping, a local zoo, and good southern dining. This spacious ground-floor home is great for families, golfers, or a weekend away with friends. The living area has an open floor plan with a fully-equipped kitchen, a large dining table, additional bar seating, and a comfortable lounge and entertainment area. A private screened-in patio adds to the generous space. There is parking right in front of the unit, which comes equipped with wifi, internet-ready televisions, a dvd player, in-unit laundry, an iron, and hair dryers. Our condo provides access to the Avian Forest pool, just steps from the front door, which has ample seating and a shaded area with tables. Note: due to COVID, the seating may be temporarily removed. You will also enjoy easy access to Litchfield Beach at the Litchfield by the Sea resort entrance, 5 minutes away via bike or car (it's 1.5 miles door to shore!). In addition to miles of gorgeous sandy beach, Litchfield by the Sea offers peaceful marshland views, tennis courts, a beach deck for picnics, and shore-side bathrooms and showers. Our condo sleeps 8 (with enough space for two additional children in portable beds). We can provide one child’s bed (pack'n play, suitable for newborn to toddler) and a high chair, on request. Please note that Litchfield Beach / Pawleys Island is about 30 minutes south of Myrtle Beach along Ocean Highway. It is about an hour and a half north of Charleston We will provide linens (unless otherwise arranged for longer stays). You will have access to the entire space, as well as the community pool and local beach. Enjoy! We will be available by phone or email throughout your stay - any time! Our local manager (or our family - Rebecca's parents live down the street) will be available on the ground for any issues that may arise. It is nestled between two award-winning golf courses and situated a short 5 minutes, via car, bike, or golf cart from the beach at Litchfield (1.5 miles door to shore). Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens are three miles away, down Ocean Highway. It is 30 minutes south of Myrtle Beach and 90 min north of Charleston. The condo is a few miles from all the excellent restaurants Pawley’s Island has to offer (we’ll leave you a book of our personal favorites!). It is even walking distance (3/4 mile) from a restaurant/shopping complex that features Quigley’s brewery/restaurant, a Bi-Lo market, and the Eggs Up Grill, among other fun establishments. You will have beach access through the Litchfield by the Sea resort, where there is parking for cars, golf carts, and bikes. Your name will be registered for entry with the LBTS Gatehouse. There is plenty of parking in front of and very near the unit. Bikes and golf carts are also available for rent in the area and within the community, making the trip to the beach even more fun!
