For longer than 2 days, you may need to restock on your own. • 1st floor- 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and TV, shared full bath • 2nd floor- open concept living room, dining, high end kitchen, arcade, 65” flat screen, comfy furniture, fire place, half bath • Upstairs- Loft with King bed and a twin size sofa bed, full bath, TV • Deck- lounge furniture, dining table, fireplace, rockers • Entertainment- Barrel arcade, Lincoln Logs, tic tac toe, cards, Monopoly Deal, Uno! • Hulu live • Wi-fi • Onsite washer and dryer (pack n play stored in Landury room) • Fireplaces operational from Nov 1 to April 1 • Beware that there are stairs to navigate ● The driveway is 70ft long and steep. 4 wheel drive is only required for the driveway when it snows. There is parking for 2 cars at the top of the driveway. There is additional street parking at the bottom of the driveway. You will have to back down the driveway Guests have access to the entire cabin, including washer and dryer. Please make yourself at home. I am here to answer questions for you during your stay. Please checkout our house manual for it will have most of your questions answered in there. Or else I am just a message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. This is a very private, quiet and secluded cabin. The Views of the Smokies are absolutely breathtaking. The accessibility to our cabin does entail mountain roads and a STEEP 70ft driveway. The easiest way to get around is having your own car to get to all the attractions. There is also Lyft in Uber available in town. Please remember you are staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat our space with respect. If you do run into an issue we will do our best to make it right ASAP, but there is no one living on the property. With Covid19 affecting many people we are continuing to follow our cancellation policy. As long as Tennessee does not place any mandated restrictions we will be up and running as normal. We are following Covid safety guidelines and enhanced cleaning to ensure your safety during your stay. The risk of last minute cancellations will be the responsibility of the guest. We also do not refund for things outside of our control such as weather, road conditions or power outages unless there is a government declared state of emergency. We advise you to get trip insurance.
