Your room, ‘Kozy 2’ is located upstairs. Top of the stairs turn right then left. ★ The front door is for Private Room guest use only! Other occupants enter at the other end of the house. ★The private bathroom is adjoining to the room ★ Your private room includes small refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. ★For your protection and ours we currently do not allow full kitchen access due to the pandemic. Accommodations may be made on a case-by-case basis for longer-term stays. ★Feel free to walk around the property, but please stay on pathways and refrain from petting or feeding the horses. ★ Social distancing and masks are strongly encouraged! ★There is a nice table and chairs on the front porch for coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. ★The scenery looks out over the property and horses, a very relaxing space. Debby is happy to share the best way to walk the property to enjoy the horses and landscape while getting a little exercise. * Guests have their own private room and restroom. * Guest can check-in and check-out without in-person contact * Debby, the primary onsite host is usually available if needed. However, we do our best to respect the privacy of our guests so they can attain any desired level of peace and privacy. * Extra supplies can be provided for longer stays upon request. * Additional cleanings required for longer stays * The Clark County Event Center is a little over a mile away from the property. It offers multiple and diverse meeting spaces and is conveniently located within 10 miles of the Vancouver/Portland Metro area, this venue is easily accessible via I-5 and I-205. * Located on a 156-acre site in Ridgefield, Washington, ilani, developed by the Cowlitz Tribe and Salishan-Mohegan, a partnership that includes Mohegan Sun, one of the world’s foremost gaming and entertainment developers and operators, is the West Coast’s premier gaming, dining, entertainment and meeting destination. Kozy Manor is a short 1.5 miles from the interstate freeway and within 20 minutes of downtown Portland, downtown Vancouver, the Portland International Airport. The Columbia River Gorge, including world famous Multonmah Falls, is a sort 30 minute drive from Kozy Manor. Iliani Casino is a quick 10 minute drive north. The barn and arenas are for horses, boarders and trainers. You are welcome to enjoy the views but please get permission from Debby before interacting with horses or walking through the property.
