They have special instructions to use disinfectants that kill viruses on all places that are frequently touched. We also have disinfectants like Lysol under the sink for your personal use while you stay with us. You have your own 2 bedroom one bath suite and kitchen to yourself. The backyard is a common area shared with 2 other suites. It includes breath taking ocean views, uncrowded beach, shared patio with tiki hut and bbq charcoal and gas grill. We live nearby and always respond as quickly as possible via text on ABB app. "Serenity Beach" is uniquely located in the heart of Archie Carr National Wildlife Refuge on a barrier island between Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon. Every year these beaches are nesting grounds for thousands of loggerhead, green, and leatherback turtles. It is one of the few places in the world where all three species lay their eggs. There are more than 140 species of birds, the refuge is a stopover for many migratory birds. From the deck it is possible to see all kinds of sea-life: dolphins, tarpon, and whales. This location is amazing with nature all around and yet you are less than 2 hours from all the Orlando theme parks, 35 miles to Kennedy Space Center, and 30 miles to cruise ship center at Port Canaveral. Florida Tech is nearby and we love hosting their families when they come to visit. Publix supermarket is 2 miles away and there are plenty restaurants, bars, shops, surf shops, boat rentals, state parks, golf, tennis and bike shops all with in 15 minutes drive. Brevard county is also known as the Space Coast and the aerospace community is growing rapidly, there are rocket launches monthly as we race to get to the moon, Mars and manned flight! Catching a night launch from your own beach is spectacular! The beauty of Serenity Beach is you can walk with your toes in the sand exploring uncrowded beaches for miles. Transportation here requires a car for restaurants and shops most are less than 15 minutes drive. There is no public transportation but possible to UBER or LYFT in needed. Please let us know if you are bringing your dog. There is a non-refundable pet fee $100 after we approve the size and breed. Always use a leash, pickup after potty, and respect other guest. County ordinance does not allow dogs on the beach. State of Florida charges a 12.5% tourist tax for any booking in Florida. This is a non-smoking property any evidence of smoking may jeopardize your deposit.
