This newly re-furbished townhouse is close to the beach! Two bedrooms with four beds can accommodate up to six guests. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located space. Take a quick stroll over the East Beach Causeway and you'll arrive at beach. Drive to the Pier Village in five minutes or walk just a couple blocks to nearby restaurants. Enjoy a peaceful evening on the back patio, or take a dip in the community pool. Pet friendly too! This townhouse is perfect for your beach getaway! The kitchen includes all essentials in case you don't feel like going out, and a dining table that seats six. The living room has a comfy new couch to kick back and relax while watching some shows on the 58" television (streaming apps only, with your login credentials). Half bath included on the first floor. The back patio is perfect for having a morning cup of coffee. Upstairs, the front bedroom includes a king bed, walk-in closet with dresser, and desk (in case you need to keep up with work!). The back bedroom has three beds -- a queen and full/twin bunk bed set. The hallway bathroom has a full bathtub/shower. The community also includes a swimming pool (not heated), outdoor ping pong table, and communal laundry room. Parking is right out front in your reserved space -- one vehicle only. Walk or bike to the beach easily, just across the marsh. We provide beach towels, chairs & umbrella. ** Please note for bookings between 9/1 - 12/31 2024 -- some exterior work at the complex will occur during the autumn months. It should not interfere with your visit, but please be aware there could be some workers about in the parking area. You'll have the entire townhouse to yourself! Pool / laundry is shared with the community. Pool is not heated and only open seasonally. We live ten minutes away. We will leave you alone unless you need our help! Have a fun time at the beach! $50 pet fee for responsible pet owners. Two dogs max, please keep them off the furniture. If they bark a lot, they are not a good fit for this townhouse.
