This lovely home has an amazing patio & sunny pool - a true sanctuary.Love and soul went into all new furnishings and housewares for this lovely SOUTH FACING POOL home. Everything is coastal and comfy with the idea of relaxing and entertaining. The heated salt water pool is so much healthier for your body and skin (no chlorine skin smell). Please note special permission is required if you are booking dates that are partial of one month and partial of another. Please email your request. This home is in the highly sought after neighborhood in Nokomis called Bay Point, walking distance to the beach. It is quiet. There are 2 new adult bicycles and helmets and locks in the garage. Ride to the beach in a few minutes. Stroll down Casey Key Road and look at the mansions. There are amazing beach chairs and a beach umbrella and beach towels included in this home. THERE ARE TWO NICE QUALITY KAYAKS with wheels to glide them one block down the street to access 3 gorgeous bays. See dolphins and manatees from there. At night, the electrical automatic turn on landscaping lights go on and you can enjoy looking at the stars and feeling totally relaxed in the screened in pool / patio. Even the pathways through the yard are lit. Beautiful furniture, granite counter top, beautiful paint colors. The home is tiled through about half of it. The living room now has a vinyl plank floor. The bedrooms just got new flooring - (beautiful high quality grey carpet in the master and queen bedroom, and a beautiful hard flooring in the twin bedroom). There is a lovely outdoor kitchen with gas grill, a bar frig and a sink on the patio. There is a serving window from the kitchen to the patio. The fenced yard is a plus if you have a pet and extends beyond the pool lanai area. The main bathroom has a gorgeous tile Kohler tub/shower. The master bathroom has a walk in shower. Washer/dryer. Well equipped kitchen for cooks and nice quality dishes and serving items. We accept dogs and just ask you to take care of our place. We do need you to read "Other Things to Note" section to email us to get your dog(s) approved, but it shouldn't be too hard. The entire home, garage, pool, patios, and backyard are at your disposal. Everything but the storage shed. I WILL BE AVAILABLE BY PHONE, TEXT AND EMAIL. THE HOUSEKEEPER and HANDYMAN LIIVE IN THE AREA. THE POOL SERVICE COMES ONCE PER WEEK. If something timely comes up, call my cell phone first. If I miss the call please leave a detailed message but make sure to then text me that you did or to call you. I will see texts faster than emails and sometimes phone messages and will have a quicker response time. It is our desire to get back to you promptly as possible. Amazing - quiet, beachy, friendly people everywhere. Tucked in near the beach but off the beaten path. Houses away from Lyon's Bay (launch kayaks to 3 bays). Great for biking and large enough to enjoy the ride. It takes me about 5-6 minutes to bike to the Nokomis Beach. Enjoy Drum Circle on Wednesday and Saturday nights on the beach at sunset. Enjoy Hoop class every weekday morning on the beach. Parking is good at the beach and it's not a long walk like up at Siesta Key. Easy to carry beach items to and from car. Fun nearby water front restaurants Pops Sunset Grill and Nokomos Sunset Hut can be kayaked to as well as driven. Uber is always nearby. DOGS ALLOWED BUT AGGRESSIVE BREED NEEDS INSURANCE PER MY CARRIER. PLEASE LET US KNOW WHETHER YOU HAVE ONE DOG OR TWO AND WHAT BREED AND AGE THEY ARE. THERE IS A TWO DOG LIMIT. I WILL SEND YOU A SPECIAL OFFER SHOWING THE PET FEE. You must pick up after your dog. We do have a fenced yard outside of the pool lanai and it has landscape lighting which is handy for taking your dog out at night. Make sure the dog goes to the bathroom OUTside the screened pool area and pickup all debris before departure. The sofa pet covers are provided if your dog is included to get on furniture. The dog should not swim in the pool. There are some special situations where we can allow the water loving dogs to swim but you will have to sign a special rules form by requesting it, otherwise you face an extra fee at move out.
