Come enjoy the beautiful sand beach and swimming. The main floor has the queen bed with ensuite. The second floor has 2 double beds with a bathroom attached to this room. The main floor has a living room with a smart tv. Ceiling fans throughout the main floor. Outside you will find a covered porch overlooking the lake that is miles long. Cruise the shore in pedal boat included. Remember it is not a luxury home. It is a cottage. This is a family cottage and want it to be kept that way. Please note if you have little kids that the stairs to the second level are open and that the property is located right off the highway Parking for 3 cars in the driveway.
