We welcome all guests to our beach house but please be aware that there is no partying allowed on the property, no smoking, and no pets allowed. There are 4 steps outdoor and 12 steps indoor to access the main house, and an open lanai with cabled railing. At the time of booking, guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement.
