The house is a custom built log house located right on the shore of Shadow Mountain Lake looking at the lake and the mountains with 76' of shore. It sleeps up to 9 people in 4 bedrooms. There is only parking for 4 vehicles in the summer and 2-3 in the winter. No RV's or campers ever and No trailers in winter. There is cable TV and wireless Internet. The all season porch has 360 views of the lake. No pets on the property at all, my wife is allergic. We have a 50 foot dock available to use from Memorial Day weekend through labor day weekend. The dock is a floating dock and in the middle of September we take the stabilizing braces out after that so there’s no chance for them to freeze in the winter and the ice to bend and ruin them. Once they are removed in mid September the dock may be a little wobbly but still in the water. Guests will have access to the entire house. We have 3 parking spots in front and the driveway. If you have a trailer it's hard to park, the marina has a parking lot that may be an option. There is a private one lane road leading to the neighborhood and house. There is not a lot of parking especially in the winter. Please do not bring RV's or campers there is no place to park them, we cannot have them in the neighborhood. There is only room for about 4 vehicles at this property in the summer and 2-3 regular size vehicles in the winter. In the winter, depending on the amount of snow, if you have a large vehicle there may only be room for 1 or 2. We have a 50’ dock so you can bring your own boat in the summer from memorial day to labor day weekend. There is only parking for about 2-3 vehicles in the winter because the snow limits the parking and there is no room for trailers in the winter. It will accommodate 4-5 vehicles in the summer you may use the driveway but it slopes towards the garage so you could try to fit a trailer in the driveway in the summer but it may be better to park it somewhere else. The Marina has a parking lot that could be an option. No campers or RV's are ever allowed at the property.
