It has 3 bedrooms with attached bath, a large lounge cum dining, full kitchen, and a huge covered terrace / veranda with a fantastic view. If you are ok with 3-4 flights of stairs, there isn't a better location in Murree. Our home is at Kashmir Point, across from the Water Tanks and Safari Train Station and right next to Terrace Grill Restaurant. Governor's House is a 10 minute walk and Mall Road is a 20 minute walk. This renovated 1970s property has brand new bathrooms and high gloss flooring throughout. The entrance lobby doubles as a dining room with a table for 8. The kitchen is fully equipped with all pots and pans, cutlery and crockery, toaster, kettle, microwave and refrigerator. The huge lounge has defined seating areas where 3 groups of 6 can comfortably mingle. The panoramic windows bring in the mountain view, or one can step out to the huge terrace for a fantastic experience. Two of the bedrooms have the same beautiful view while the 3rd looks over the small valley to Cadet College, Murree. The 4th bedroom opens up to the entrance patio which is entirely private. Mountain View Retreat is 2 stories below the private parking, with arguably the best view in Murree. There are stairs down from the private parking to all the 3 units on the property, Cozy Cottage, Mountain View Retreat and Stairway to Heaven. Care-taker will attend to all requirements, as i live in Lahore. Kashmir point The best way to get around is to walk because Afgan Lodge is ideally located. A 15 minute walk gets one to the Mall and a 7 minute walk in the opposite direction to Governors House. Kashmir Point itself, with a Food Court, the Safari Train and an Amusement Park is a couple of minutes from the Lodge. If you'd rather drive, the Mall is about 3-4 minutes but traffic can be a mess during July/ August and December/January. Stairs lead down from the private parking to all 3 units of the property, so a total of 5 car spaces are available for all of Afgan Lodge.
