The unit comprised of 1 bedroom, 1 living room that includes a kitchen and 1 bathroom, and a balcony that has access to both rooms. The flat is located in a new building complex in Western Atasehir, which is close (5-30 min by car) to Bosphorus Bridge, Kadikoy, Besiktas, Uskudar and some of the biggest shopping centers in Istanbul (Emaar and Watergarden) Since the building complex is very new gym is not active yet. This calm&stylish space is perfectly suitable for long-term guests. The unit comprised of 1 bedroom, 1 living room that includes a kitchen and 1 bathroom, and a balcony that has access to both rooms. In the bedroom, there is a queen-size double bed (150x200 cm) and a big sliding mirrored wardrobe (180x190 cm). Guests can find some extra pillows, clean sheets, cases and towels in wardrobe. Beside wardrobe, bed base can be used as a storage space. There is a hoover and a mop next to wardrobe. In the living room, there is a smart-led Samsung TV (55") that can be connected to applications such as Netflix and Youtube. Sectional sofa in the living room can turn into a double-size bed so actually there can be up to 4 people live in this flat. There are also some extra storage space inside the sofa. There is a dedicated laptop desk that can help guests to use their laptop while sitting in the sofa. The living room also includes an air conditioning. There is an american kitchen in the flat. The kitchen includes fridge, deep frizer, owen, cooker, and dish washer. Guests can also find all necessary equipment for cooking including: pans, saucepans, tablespoons, spoons, forks, plates, and a kettle. Next to the kitchen, there is a dining table with 4-chairs. Guests can use this table for working as well as it was designated to serve both functions. In the bathroom guests can find a washing machine. The bathroom also includes a ventilation system. There are some cleaning equipment in the bathroom. There is a long private balcony in the flat that can be accessed by both living room and bedroom. The balcony is facing to the pool, which is not active yet. There is a wooden desk and 2 chairs in the balcony. Guests can access to all the places and they can use all the equipment inside the flat. In the residential complex, they can not use gym since it is not active yet. The flat is located in Western Ataşehir, one of the coziest districts of Istanbul. There are many grocery stores, cafes, local restaurants etc. in the neighborhood, you can basically find everything but they are not very fancy. There is a small coffee shop run by reward-winning barista next to building. He also provide barista training. Western Ataşehir is not very crowded and popular among young poeple like Kadıköy or Beşiktaş. However, guests can go to these places since they are close by. Some of the biggest shopping centers in Istanbul are in about 5 min. distance by car. Kadıköy is about 15 min. by car from the flat. One of the main bus stations of Istanbul is located just next to the building. There are buses and minibuses that goes to Kadıköy in about every 10 min.. The buses take about 20 min. to Kadıköy. There are ferries from Kadıköy to European side in every 15 min.. Also the flat is about 10 min. away from the Bosphorus bridge by car.It takes around 5 min to big shopping centers by car (Emar, Watergarden) and 15 min to go to Kadikoy by car or taxi. Taxi would cost 3-3.5 USD to both places. I would glad if the guests won't be too noisy after 11:00 pm to not disturb the neighbors.
