The outdoor garden is accessed through a tri-fold glass Catalina door. This outdoor area includes a fireplace and dining/lounge area for your private use. This home overlooks the fourth golfing hole w/ breathtaking and unobstructed views of the San Francisco Bay. We prefer 30-day stays or more. When you first arrive through the front door, you will see 12ft ceiling with solid exposed beams and custom Italian sconces lining the open shelves and the formal dining room. You will then come across the open-plan, spacious Chef's Kitchen enough to easily fit a large group of people for your entertaining and cooking needs. Next to the kitchen is the formal living room with 85in Smart TV reading nooks at every corner along with the Grand Piano next to the center fireplace. Upstairs are where the second living room, office, upstairs deck w/ amazing views of the San Francisco Bay and another set of Catalina doors, and 4 bedrooms are located all with en-suite full bathrooms. Your guest access will be to the entire place. No one on our team lives on-site, but we will be reachable by phone for anything you may need. We do not live on site and we are nearby in San Francisco usually. If you need any assistance, please message us on the app or give us a call. This home is located in a privately gated community part of the Stonebrae Golf and Country Club. Pro-golfers from around the world train here. The beautiful, natural surroundings are professionally maintained by a landscaping team every week to perfection. Right outside the home are many private, lighted trails where you can decompress after a long day and watch the golfers play and see the sunset. The rest of the homes in this community are owned by families with young children or young professionals working in technology or finance. Our neighbor to the left is a medical doctor and the neighbor to your right is an investment banker. We are a close-knit community and look out for each other. Since this home is in a gated community, and up in the hills (which is how we got those amazing views) we highly recommend you have a car when you visit. Or if you prefer to Uber or rideshare of some kind, that's recommended as an alternative. Because we're in a very private community set aside from the bustling city, other nearby restaurants and shops are not within walking distance. You will 2 guaranteed spots in our driveway for parking. You can park more cars on the street overnight but you'll need to give the security gate your license plate number, make, and model of the car and they will print out a special pass for you. Special event rates vary i.e. weddings, professional photography or videography for documentaries, etc will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We have a monthly discount if you prefer to stay with us for 30 days or more.
