Events and gatherings are permitted, with the stipulation that music must cease by 12 AM. Please note that the owners reside on the ground floor, but their area is completely separate from the outdoor terrace, ensuring your privacy. The cleaning fee includes the cleaning upon your departure. Should you require additional housekeeping services during your stay, they can be provided for an additional charge.
