Beautiful town home in a private gated community. My house is very comfortable and quite. Brand new Kitchen with up to date appliances and utensils. Everything in my homes is just about brand new. Ideal for a family who wants peace, quiet, and safety. Townhome also offers unlimited internet, smart tv, coffee station, shower shampoo, Gel, conditioner. Purified water. Things to Note. No AC, heater. We do have fans in every bedroom and living room. House gets really cool during the summer. Situation in a quite hill with a beautiful view. It has 3 beds and a sofa downstairs. 2 full bathrooms upstairs, a full bathroom in 1 bedroom. 1 bedroom with its own Patio space. Maximum people is 6 moderators. Anyone after that there will be a fee. You are allowed to bring 2-3 more guests but you would need to figure out where they will sleep. Anyone that doesn’t not add the correct amount of guests will be charged a fee. Guests can use every part of the house :) Will not be available if needing something but my neighbor will help if you do need anything. Very sweet guy! The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Away from all the tourists and traffic. House is heading towards the mountains in a very safe security-guarded private community. This gated community is located just behind Cosco/Soriana. If you use Maps you have to type Avenida de las Huertas Ensenada to find the gated community. DO NOT FOLLOW MAP DIRECTIONS ! Keys and remote will be given to you by my neighbor since I am not there. I would say see the dropped pin directions since it is accurate because if you enter the directions it will be wrong. Town town is only 5 miles away with a ton of bars, resturants, nightlife, sightseeing.
