This large 11,000 sq ft property provides lots of outdoor space with 2 yards and a concrete patio area. The home is bright and open with nice views. The property is also just up the street a short drive from beautiful beaches. Everything at this property was thought out to help provide an enjoyable relaxing time. Every bedroom and living room has a brand new strong split AC system. 7 brand new AC systems in all. The main house has 4 bedrooms on the main level with the master bedroom being upstairs. the Master upstairs has its own half bathroom, deck, and little office loft. The main level of the house has a full bath and half bath. The living room has high ceilings, large open floor plan and nice outdoor areas. The cottage studio has its own kitchen and full bathroom. You may enter and use the entire property except the older structure near the back yard which was used as a chicken coop to collect chicken eggs. for now it is left empty. Please do not enter this space. Also the locked closet in the corner of the larger downstairs bedroom is used to store cleaning stuff and it houses the electrical panel. Please message us if you need to turn one of the electrical breakers Off&On. We are on island and we are accessible when needed. All the land around the property is agricultural land. Two sides of the property are farm land with the 2 houses being far away and pretty much out of sight. The property has a professional pest service treating inside and outside of the home often but please don't be alarmed if a bug shows up. The surrounding forest/farm land does have bugs. The neighboring property on the left has a house not to far from the properties fence. This family seams to have a hard time financially with some people sleeping in their car or tents. Otherwise this home has nice mountain views and is just up the street a short drive from beautiful beaches. It is easy to get around by car to grocery stores, parks, food places, beaches, hikes and more. Please keep in mind that Oahu has bad traffic during traffic hours. Traffic hours can vary but are typically week days from 5:00am tell 8:30am and around 3:00pm tell 6:30pm. Please consider this when it comes to your plans and for making flights. Vacation is nicer when it has less stress. This property is amazing over all. The reason the price is lower than the market is because the neighboring property to the left is a little unsettling to some. This family seems to have a hard time financially with some people sleeping in their car or tents. This property also has many old non working cars on it. There is a normal house on this property. Please see the pictures of the satiline view and street view to get a better idea. These neighbors have been nothing but nice to us and we all stay to our own. The backyard grass died due to the sprinkler system breaking. This has been fixed but needs some time for the grass to fully grow back. The larger front yard has grass. The property has a professional pest company servicing the property monthly or sometimes every other month. This is because the surrounding agricultural farm land can bring bugs to the property. These ongoing services really help, but don't be alarmed to see a living or dead cockroach. Hawaii has many insects. Hawaii also has many homeless people. Don't be alarmed if you see them camping at some unpopular beaches or parks. Other colder states fly their homeless to Hawaii's warmer weather. Hawaii is trying to find solutions. Please keep in mind that all of Oahu including the West side of Oahu experiences lots of traffic in the mornings and later part of work days. Plan things around traffic hours and look at your traffic maps before hand.
