Much of School 31 is devoted to the filming stages of a national television Sit-Com! Don't worry, you have your very own private apartment nicely tucked away from the action, but you just may run into one of our guest stars who commonly stay in the building while filming! The lofts also feature props from the show as well as artifacts from Rochester film making history! Service is our strong suit! Everything from walking your dog to serving breakfast in bed... Our professional staff is passionate about treating guests like royalty! Lunch, dinner, room service, wine service, and laundry service are all available for an extra charge. We do not charge our guests a cleaning fee, but rest assured our trained staff keep our lofts in pristine condition, corner to corner. Guests enter the building through a dedicated and secure entrance with digital keypad access. From there, proceed up one level (via the stairs) to the top floor of the building to your private loft entrance. The loft is 650 square feet of luxury, private space. Guest park right on set...
