If you are needing a place with space for you and your family to unpack relax and not be tripping over people and suitcases then this is the place for you. In our home you will find all the basic comforts without the crampedness of a hotel room. This spacious villa in a central location, has a unique feel and flow. - large private front yard, - securely fenced with an electric automatic gate for your security and privacy. - large kitchen with fridge, gas oven and a few standard appliances (microwave, electric kettle, toaster ). - ALL bedrooms have air-conditioning (for those REALLY hot days you cant avoid) . - 2 of the 3 bathrooms are en-suite, all have hot water. We have a baby cot available should you need it (please arrange this in ADVANCE so we can have it set up when you arrive) You are welcome to have family over to visit but please refrain from excessive noise after 11pm. Our home can accommodate up to 8 ADULTS comfortably we can negotiate for more as long as they are children under 12. (beds are as per photos) -Full Property (excluding 1 locked store room out back) -- ELECTRICITY - Samoa operates on a Cash Power Basis. This is a prepaid power/electricity system where everyone pays (top-up) their electricity at our local EPC office or certain local stores. We will provide you will $100 Cash power at the start of your booking, once this is used you will have to purchase the power for the rest of your stay. Please be mindful of running the air con as that will reflect on your power consumption. The Cash Power number will be provided to you at check in. CHECK-IN - We personally escort you to the property for a walk through. We do not live onsite, but are only a short distance from this property so are always available within 5 minutes if needed or via phone during your stay (although i am slow replying to text messages) Our Home is located in an ideal central location, close to many key urban areas. By car only 5 minutes to town, 4 minutes from Vaitele industrial area , 3 minutes from LDS Temple, 2 minutes from - Papaseea sliding Rocks, - University of South Pacific, - RLSS Primary School, - Tuanaimato Sports Complex - Golf Course, - UNDP - FAO offices. We are walking Distance from: - Joes Gym - Samoa Sports Lodge - Tuanaimato Sports Complex - Samoa Aquatic Center - Frankies Supermarket - Maryon Supermarket (best fresh bread on island) - Buses run past along main road daily (except Sundays) from dawn until dusk. - There are 2 Taxi stands around the corner (less than 5 min walk) Always best to hire a vehicle to save the inconveniance of waiting for public transport on hot days or with children. - ELECTRICITY - is prepaid Cash power . You will notice a beeping sound when the balance is low. Tip: turn AC off when leaving the house (and keep setting between 22-25'C for best efficiency) - WIFI - A Vodafone pre-paid modem is available for use *** this is not Unlimited wifi - this is user pays wifi (Digicel pre-paid cellphone data packages are better tho - easier to use your mobile hotspot - sim cards are available at the airport on arrival outside the arrival area ) - When booking please ensure to accurately reflect the number of guests coming - made up beds and towels will only be provided for booked numbers - We have recently installed exterior cameras to monitor the exterior areas of our home. This to check for arrivals and departures of our housekeeping services, and for security when the property is vacant.
