Deer View Lodge is a 6-bed plus loft, 3-bath, 2800 sqft chalet home that sleeps 16. Pool table, table tennis, arcade machine, hot tub, premium cable TV, indoor/outdoor fireplace, and wraparound deck. Our home is a three-story, 2800 square foot home with a total of 6 bedrooms plus a loft (each with a 24-inch LCD TV) and 3 full bathrooms. The house is situated on a quiet, wooded street. On the lower level, there's a game room with pool table, table tennis, a 55-inch LCD SmartTV with access to YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Video and much more. The arcade machine is set up for free play and has 100+ games, including many classic games such as Pac-Man, Mrs. Pac-Man, Centipede, and Asteroids. Directly off the game room is the outdoor patio which holds the hot tub. On the second floor is the large great room with cathedral ceiling, a floor-to-ceiling stone gas indoor/outdoor fireplace, and a 65-inch LCD SmartTV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic cookware, Keurig coffee maker, and has a 25 cubic foot side-by-side refrigerator, a ceramic cook top stove & oven, and an over-the-range microwave. It's perfect for cooking for large families with its spacious granite counter top and breakfast bar that seats three. The dining room has an 8-foot solid wood table with seating for 10. Outside is a 550 sqft wraparound deck, complete with Adirondack chairs, dining tables, and a Weber gas grill. On the third floor there is a large 14’ x 12’ loft that overlooks the great room and has an awesome view through the chalet windows. The loft is furnished with a twin size daybed and a 32'-inch LCD TV. The house is laid out for optimal use by large families and groups. With a total of nine (9) flat screen TVs in the house, there's room for everyone to relax and be entertained. Must be at least 25 years-old to rent the home, ID required. No pets. No smoking. No prom groups (even with a consenting adult over 25 years-old.) We have consulted sources such as the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and World Health Organization (WHO). We are also implementing best practices from some of the top medical and hospitality institutions in the world to ensure we have the best cleaning and disinfecting protocols. Please rest assured that a clean home for our guests is of the utmost importance to us. Guests have access to the entire home, except the Owner's closets on the first level. Guests will enter the home via the side door, using a customized code for the electronic keypad. I'm dedicated to being extremely responsive and am available via phone/text or e-mail throughout guests' stay. If an in-person visit is needed, I will send the local property manager. We may be biased, but we believe Lake Harmony is the best area in the entire Pocono Mountains! Within a few miles you'll find two ski areas, a 27-hole golf course, beautiful lake with boating and water sports, some AMAZING restaurants and Split Rock Resort. It's also easy to get to other popular areas within the Poconos. A car is needed. The ski resorts, lake activities, restaurants, local convenience store, and Split Rock Resort are a mere five-minute drive. Wawa, Ahert's Market, Family Dollar, Dollar General, and other restaurants are a 10-15 minute drive. Reservations are not confirmed until guests provide ID and review, sign, and return a lease agreement that outlines terms of use and house rules. All beds have pillows and comforters. Linens and towels are provided complimentary.
