The private space comprises of a very quiet, modern 1 bedroom condo situated on the 4th floor of Grand Avenue building A with an open city view. The room has many upgrades and includes a fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster & microwave, a living room with a 55" smart TV, balcony, separate bedroom with a 45" smart TV and shower room. Guests are able to access all of the projects facilities which is includes a huge pool and landscaped gardens equipped with seating and sun loungers that surrounds the entire development. The pools also include 3 slides which are suitable for children. Guests will also have access to 2 modern fully equipped gyms, 2 saunas & 2 steam rooms. The project also features underground parking for vehicles. The condo is situated in the very impressive Grand Avenue Residences which is located on Pattaya Sai Song 15 which runs between Second Road and Soi Buakhao. In recent years Soi Buakhao has become once of Pattaya's most vibrant areas with many of Pattaya's most popular restaurants, cafe's, shops bars and clubs being located in the immediate vicinity. Bolt & grab taxis are readily available, as well as motorcycle taxis directly outside the project. For tenancies less than 28 days the electric consumption is subject to fair usage which is 15 units a day. You shouldn’t go over this if you turn the air con off and lights off while you're not in the condo. For tenancies of 28 days or longer the tenant will be fully responsible for the electric and water consumption which will be calculated at the standard government rate. Cleaning is 799 THB per clean and includes x1 clean and x1 change of bed linen. (additional cleaning available upon request) We can book a taxi for your arrival, a taxi from BKK Suvarnabhumi Airport to the condo is 1,750 THB. SMOKING WITHIN THE CONDO IS NOT PERMITTED however guests are allowed to smoke on the balcony. Smoking within the condo will result in a deduction from the security deposit. The room is located on the 4th floor, there is an elevator for access.
