Cypress Sunrise is tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood on the Pawleys Island creek. The beach is just a 10-minute drive or paddle away. The newly refurbished private dock gives you amazing views & direct access to the creek where you can explore the salt marsh or kayak down one of the serene channels. The house has 3 bedrooms (and a pullout couch) and 2.5 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 10 people. PLEASE NOTE: Sheets and towels are not provided....but kayaks are! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a long wooded road and has direct access to the creek. The private dock offers stunning views and kayaks (2 single and 1 tandem) are included in your rental fee. The beautiful beach is only a 10 minute drive away. The long road leading into the neighborhood is paved but the short road leading to the house is dirt. Dock, salt marsh, outdoor gathering space, back yard, screened porch, kitchen, living room, laundry closet, bedrooms and bathrooms. We live near the property and are available to address any problems or concerns. Within a 15 minute drive is shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, beach accesses and boat ramps A car is a must have. A $175 pet fee will be assessed if you bring a pet. Smoking inside the house is not allowed. We do not supply linens. Guests will be expected to bring their own sheets and towels. We do supply blankets, pillows and quilts as well as bath mats and kitchen towels. There is a pack n' play available if needed.
