You will feel instantly right at home when you enter the house with its spacious light-filled rooms and big comfortable beds. No need for a key with a smart keyless entry, just walk in and relax. The master bedroom has been tastefully decorated and features a large king bed with luxuriously soft bedding. There is a smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming services. A fan overhead will keep you cool in summer and there are multiple charging stations to keep your devices running smoothly. Within the second bedroom, you will find another large king bed with a smart tv with access to streaming services. There is plenty of storage space with a walk-in closet and a dresser. The third bedroom is perfect for the guest who likes their own space. A queen size Murphy bed with a built in desk. And like the other rooms, has its own smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming services. The main bathroom consists of a toilet, a beautifully tiled step-in tub/ shower and vanity. The second bathroom has a shower stall next to the third bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up breakfast, lunch or dinner, all you need to do is bring the food. There is a full-sized fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, an oven with gas burner cooktop, a coffee maker and all the pots, pans, tableware and utensils you could need. Located in the kitchen, the open concept layout includes a large dining room table ready to enjoy your meals. Step into the living room and relax on the vintage yet cozy couch while watching movies on the 50” smart TV or if you like family time there is a selection of board and card games to choose from as well. Outside there is a great space to enjoy the sunshine with access to a BBQ and an outdoor dining area. The yard is perfect for pets with plenty of space to run around. Guests have access to the entire home which includes a laundry room. Although we do not live at the home, we are always available for our guests and only life a few minutes away. The neighborhood of Carlsbad with its tree lined streets, parks and recreation areas make it the perfect place to visit. With most shops, cafes and restaurants all within 5-10 minutes in either direction of the house, everything is close by. The Pecos River runs right through the town where you can rent paddleboards, boats, etc. The ever popular Carlsbad Caverns National Park is just a short half hour drive away and is a must see.
