Fotofabrika is a unique beautiful 3 storeys house that made with love by our family for people to serve as a photostudio as well as cozy accomodation that aims to create unforgetable memories for those who ever enters this place. You can also mix your stay with a photoshoot that we can arrange for you, celebrate special occasion with a fancy party, or even arrange small weddding ceremony. If you have special ideas we are happy to make them come true - for you to make your stay special! You can use the entire house or one bedroom depending on your needs. Hosting a party or event is an option and can be discussed in advance, we can also help you to do all the arrangements. Besides we can also organize tours and trips to the beautiful places of East Kazakhstan. Moreover, if you have an idea to open an office or rent the entire home for long term we can negotiate all conditions. Flexible and customer oriented is our motto! :-) All parts of the space are accessible. However, be cautious as photography related light equipment and decorations may be fragile and easily broken. We are always available to offer help and can speak with you Russian, Kazakh, English, Chinese, Korean, German. We are a multilingual and open family and world travelers as we went to various places and our house embodies the inspiration we received from traveling and good memories. Simply we are at the heart of Oskemen (or Ust Kamenogorsk). You can find a park just 10 meters from our entrance as well as amazing cafes and walking street, cinema, banks, mayor office are all in walking distance. Airport is about 30 min ride as well as a train station. You can easily park at our property or at the entrance.
