Wade in the 20' by 40' glistening pool or sunbathe on the semi-panoramic, upper patio deck. Listen to the melodious, chirping birds as you read a book or gaze at the beautiful views of South Shore. Sit back, relax and enjoy! NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ALLOWED. You'll love the scenery and ambiance of 'Ripple Waters' as soon as you arrive! It's a hidden gem! Please note: The use of the interior and specifically the exterior grounds is available only to guests and tenants of 'Ripple Waters'. INTERIOR This lovely studio has everything you'll need to make your stay comfortable. In addition to the queen size bed, two single cots are also available upon request. The space can be rearranged to sleep two adults and two children. There's plenty of storage for your belongings. A fully stocked kitchenette has complimentary 'starter' supplies to begin your vacation stress-free! You'll definitely be surprised at what awaits you! The spacious bathroom consists of a shower only, towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies, detergent and other products to meet your daily needs. EXTERIOR Parties and gatherings are not allowed - no exceptions. Choose from a couple of relaxation areas to unwind. Relax near the splendid pool or sunbathe closer to the radiant sun on the upper patio deck which has lovely views of the beautiful South Shore. Guests may swim in the pool 24/7, however quiet use of the pool and patio deck is from 10pm to 8am. A gas BBQ, flotation devices, lounge chairs, umbrellas, etc. are available to guests. During Hurricane season, there's no need to worry about having no electricity at any time! We have a generator onsite. I prefer to greet and welcome my guests upon arrival, however if your flight arrives late at night, instructions will be given for access into the studio. The entrance and pathway to the studio is well lit. There is wheel chair accessibility to the pool deck. I enjoy greeting and welcoming my guests upon arrival. Guests are given the privacy they desire, however if we see you about we'll definitely wave hello. Via the Airbnb app, you will be checked on periodically to make sure your stay is comfortable and meeting expectations. Upon arrival, guests receive a complimentary trip to the grocery store and a very short tour of the area. For future commutes, (when available)advance notice, either in person or via the app, is required. 'Ripple Waters' safe neighborhood is usually quiet and peaceful. It's prime location is considered 'central' due to it's short commuting distance to places of interest. Take a five to twenty-five minute leisurely walk to The Gibb's Hill Lighthouse, Henry V111 Restaurant, Princess Bay Club, The Reefs Hotel (entertainment, restaurants and amazing spa), Church Bay, Turtle Hill Golf Club, Railway Trails, Horseshoe Bay Beach, and other local restaurants and beaches. There's also access to Cross Bay, a semi-private beach, which is just minutes away from your vacation home. Security is on-site 24/7. No vehicles allowed. Within close proximity, you'll enjoy dining at Henry V111 Restaurant, Boundary Restaurant, Landmark Restaurant, The Reefs Hotel restaurants and Gulfstream Restaurant or you may desire to choose a meal from a few take-out places within the area. For golfers, Turtle Hill Golf Club is located on the Fairmont Southampton Princess Hotel property. Port Royal Golf Course has a short commute of only an 8 minute drive. Mopeds and e-cars are available to rent at Oleander Cycles, across from The Reefs Hotel, which is within a short walking distance. Reservations are recommended. The distance to the closest market is longer than a twenty minute walk, however all guests receive complimentary rides to and from the store and anywhere within the Southampton area. Guests can travel around our beautiful island of Bermuda via the bus, taxi, rented mopeds, or electric cars (recommended). A complimentary, short tour of the area is usually given upon arrival. Moreover, with advance notice and when available, guests may be driven to points of interest located within close proximity of 'Ripple Waters'. Further distances are charged a low fare. Horseshoe Bay Beach, Church Bay and Princess Beach Club/Cross Bay (semi-private) are all within walking distance of Ripple Waters. Henry VIII Restaurant, The Reefs Hotel restaurants (3), Landmark (Gibb's Hill Lighthouse Restaurant) and Boundary Restaurant are also within short walking distances. Additionally take-out and delivery options are available by using Sargasso Sea's restaurant delivery service. Pronto has a great grocery delivery service. Please note that 'Ripple Waters' amenities is primarily for the sole use of its guests and tenants only. Parties, gatherings or events are not permitted.
