Our villa is ideal for a family who wants to be at the beach, surrounded by nature, but also likes some serenity and privacy. A few steps away, you have direct access to a fabulous, quiet beach, most often all to yourselves. You can take long walks from the sandy beach in front of us, down to rocky coastlines. At the villa, you have a secluded space on the 'mini beach' in the garden to soak up the sun. And the large veranda is the perfect spot to relax comfortably, or to enjoy a drink at sunset. Fully fenced property with private front yard and backyard which are all well illuminated at night. Guests can have access to the whole property, which is not shared with anyone else during their stay. Guests can reach us over the phone and we shall make every effort to make their stay hassle free and memorable. We are in a preserved area of the coast with limited real estate development. The neighborhood is very peaceful as the few villas around us are secondary residences which are mostly unoccupied, and even the beach in front of us, in the shape of a small bay, is most of the time empty. Walking to the left along the beach brings you to a public beach beyond the bay, while to the right there is a luxury hotel about a kilometer away. Facilities such as bakeries, shops, restaurants, banks, bus stops are located in Surinam about 3 kilometers away from the villa. There is a bigger village, Chemin Grenier, about 6 kms away, where there are more shops and a well stocked supermarket. As the nearest bus stop is about 1.5 kms away, it is recommended to rent a car, and we can assist you with the rental. Otherwise taxis can be used. We can also arrange airport transfers. It is recommended to rent a car to fully enjoy your stay at the villa.
