Laundry Room Full-sized laundry machine and dryer available for use. Mi casa es tu casa - the entire home is yours except for one room locked as an Owner's Closet. Edgewood is a safe, family-friendly neighborhood: - There is a gym (Edgewood Recreation Center, $6 daily rate), tennis courts, playground, and turf field just two blocks from the property. - There is a brand new movie theater (Alamo drafthouse) and bar (Metro bar) just minutes walking distance. - There is a dog park (Bryant Street Dog Park) just minutes away - The Metropolitan Branch Trail is the best option for a run or bike ride. - The best food within walking distance is Huacatay Restaurant - a delicious chicken shop! Please respect the neighbors. While the neighborhood is generally safe, please don't forget your street smarts. Keep the house doors locked. Keep all personal belongings inside the house and keep cars locked. There is a free, small private parking space in the back available exclusively for you. Sedans and small SUVs fit but large SUVs likely need to be parked on the street. Open street parking is available, except for a few hours per week for street sweeping. The Rhode Island metro stop provides easy access to most of the city. Ride-sharing apps are highly convenient as well! Please remember that you're staying in my home, not a hotel.
