Located on the 2nd floor of a building in the heart of the Ha Noi Old Quarters. The apartment is a small Duplex (20 square meters) with 2 beds designed to best serve a group of 2 to 4 pax. Having a comfortable working space, a private bathroom, and a kitchen makes the apartment suitable for both long-term and short-term stays. From the apartment, you can easily visit all the famous places of the Ha Noi Old Quarters just by walking. Let's come to stay and experience Hanoi in the most local way. A small street, a small alley, little green trees on both sides of the street, and sometimes a national flag on every door during national holidays. You will find this is the simple and peaceful Hanoi you often see in magazines. *Taxi/Uber/Grab: Currently, we don't have Uber in Viet Nam but we have a similar application named Grab. You can use this application to book a car to get around the city without hesitation or being afraid of scammers. *Parking: If you travel by motorbike or car, there is a parking lot on Phung Hung Street (opposite No. 93 Phung Hung Street, 50 meters from the apartment). The fee during day time is 10,000 VND (0.5 USD)/motorbike/time and 30,000 VND (1.5 USD)/car/time. During the nighttime, the fee is 15,000 VND (0.75 USD)/per motorbike/per time and 50,000 VND (2.25 USD)/per car/per time which is very reasonable in the Old Quarters area. *Bus station: If you are a budget traveler, you can choose to transport to the apartment by bus. You can catch bus No. 86 from Noi Bai Airport to Long Bien Bus Station then walk to our place. The distance is around 1 kilometer. *SIM card: You are recommended to buy a data SIM card at the airport. It will help you to access maps to get around the city without effort and contact us in any emergencies. The price is around 200,000 VND (8 USD) for a week with 4Gb of data daily. AIRPORT PICK-UP: I offer airport transportation service with a fee of 18 USD for a 4-seat car and 20 USD for a 7-seat car. Upon your arrival at the airport, a driver holding a sign with your name will be ready to greet you at the terminal gate and ensure a hassle-free journey directly to the apartment. You will never get lost with this option. SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, but you are welcome to enjoy your cigarette on the balcony. PET APPROVAL: Prior approval is necessary for guests traveling with pets.
