The Pinon Park Condo complex is located in a quiet residential area of Ruidoso. Close proximity to the Links at Sierra Blanca golf course, walking track, city playground and dog park. 4 miles to the Winter Park tubing facility. and is also the road access to Ski Apache. Parking is available for free at our condo. We allow for 2 spaces at the front and 2 spaces at the back. This is our family vacation home. We spend a great deal of time here when the unit is not rented. Please care for it as if it were your own. The complex is home to full time residents and expectations to noise levels are strictly adhered to along with proper pet ownership which includes strict Ruidoso leash laws and picking up and disposing of your pets waste appropriately.
