Located above the carport (no wall to wall neighbors), with parking space right in front (no parking is permitted on-street). Cool trade winds blow through the studio. Small portable A/C unit in the studio. Two-stove burner and small oven are on lanai balcony (not in kitchen) as well as double burner hotplate for indoor cooking. Studio door has digital keypad for easy check-in. The location Conveniently located for visits to the North and South sides of the island, a 5 minute drive down the hill to the town of Kapa‘a and the East side beaches. Located in a residential neighborhood with quiet time from 9pm to 8am. Roosters are everywhere on Kaua‘i and their day starts early. Other things to note Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, body boards, snorkel gear on site for guests to use. Guest are welcome to use washing machine and dryer located in carport. When you arrive you will immediately see the parking spot on the cement area in front of the stairs leading to the studio. The door is equipped with a digital keypad. The code will be sent a few days prior to check-in. Quiet local neighborhood get to know the real flavor of Kaua'i.
