We are also less than a 15 minute drive to University of MD College Park campus! Our English Basement apartment is located on the lower level of our circa 1930's DC rowhome! Come and go using the completely separate front entrance, along with a fully automated check-in process. This 1 Bedroom + Den offers plenty of space and privacy to relax and feel at home. The space is furnished with three sleeping spaces; including a king bed, twin-sized trundle bed, and a sleeper sofa. Enjoy access to a newly renovated bathroom with fresh towels and toiletries. Brew a fresh cup of coffee, cook your own meal, and enjoy your own full sized kitchen; complete with a toaster, full-sized fridge, range, dishwasher, and microwave. Feel free to do some laundry with our full sized stackable washer & dryer. Log on to the WiFi network and set up shop in the work area, easily accessible to coffee refills. Enjoy time relaxing on your own large private outdoor patio after a full day of DC excursions. Please note that residents live upstairs, but we do our best to create a quiet and nuisance free stay for you! We simply ask the same in return from our guests, especially at night.
