This is a 15th floor 1 bedroom apt. steps from the beach with a spectacular beach front view in Tower I. It has high speed internet, 2 Smart TV's, washer, dryer and fully loaded kitchen. It is 35 minutes from Luis Muñoz Marin Airport and Old San Juan. Additionally it is nearby from El Yunque Rainforest, and 2 min. from the "kioskos de Luquillo & Luquillo Beach". It accommodates 2 people with private parking for rental vehicle and 24/7 security. Our 1 bedroom apartment for two people has been just recently remodeled and it is exactly as the pictures that you see. It has been equipped with all the necessary items in the bedroom, living room and kitchen area as well as a washer and dryer. The balcony view of the beach is simply spectacular. The condo also has two pools and basketball courts that can be used at your leisure. There is a private back entrance to the beach with an outside shower to remove sand from yourself, beach chairs before entering lobby area. We also have a guarded entrance and an additional guard at the lobby to ensure the safety of the owners and guests as well as a parking area which provides 1 parking spot. The security guards will be expecting registered guests and will check you in when you arrive. Only people in registration form will be allowed in the property area. No additional guests will be allowed in the premises. The guard at the entrance will provide you with a parking permit to place on your dashboard at all times for the remainder of your stay to have access in and out of the property. The garbage is taken to the room on the left of the elevator on the 15th floor. The two pool areas and basketball courts are available for all guests as well as the parking facility area. There is a private entrance to the beach and guests have access to it with the key that will be provided. There is also an outdoor shower area to wash off the sand from your feet and beach items before entering the lobby area. During your stay if you have any concerns or difficulties you can reach me. Within the complex we have two pools, basketball court and private guarded entrance to the parking lot and guard at the entrance of the building. The beach is just steps away. There is 24 hour security at all times at entrance of property and at lobby of building. Across the condo there is a supermarket, several fast food restaurants, gas station, Walgreens (pharmacy), and Banco Popular Bank. For those who love to shop at Walmart it is about 10 minutes away from the condo. For those shopping lovers there are also several shopping malls. Three minutes away you have the popular kioskos (eatery) and the Luquillo Beach where you can rent Kayaks, and Jetskis. From the apartment entrance you can see the Yunque Rainforest which is about 10 minutes away. We are about 15 to 20 minutes away from the Fajardo Marina if you wanted to take any tours to the other islands. As well the San Pablo Fajardo Hospital is 15 minutes away from the condo. If you would like to visit the famous San Juan, El Morro it’s about 40 minutes away. For those who like to jog or power walks the beach is utilized by the locals and guests for this besides enjoying the beautiful water. You will need to rent a car to get from the airport and to move around the island. Public car transportation (taxi or Uber) is not reliable. There is a private parking for guests within the condo area that provides 1 parking space for guest and a permit will be provided. This permit must be displayed on dashboard to be allowed in and to be able to park inside. Only 1 car is permitted in the parking area and no other types of vehicles will be allowed in for guests. On the other side of the main street there is a supermarket, pharmacy, various fast food restaurants and 3 minutes from the condo they have the very popular kioskos and Luquillo Beach (jetsking, kayaking...) as well as the Yunque Rainforest. You will also be 15 minutes away from the Fajardo Marina if you would like to take snorkeling tours at other islands such as Isla Icacos. You can go horseback riding or ride on ATV's in Carabali Rainforest park which is 10 minutes away. If you like there is also Yunque Zipline for those who enjoy daring activities.
