Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear. We invite all our guests to help us care for this precious asset, following these recommendations: - Close the faucet while you wash your dishes - Turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth or lathering your hands - Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering - If you use the washing machine, wash only when you have a full load We appreciate your support and understanding and must remind you that the property has water tanks and a full cistern upon delivery of the property and if it’s necessary to refill the water, this will be the responsibility of the guest. POOL RULES: -No consuming food or beverages inside the pool. -No noise after 10 pm. -No musical devices or glassware in the pool area. -Swimsuits are mandatory. - Glasses, glass bottles, food, and coolers are not allowed in the pool/pool area. The use of disposable or plastic glasses is allowed. - Pool hours is between 8 am to 9 pm - Please clean BBQ after use We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and bath towels. Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken furniture, and/or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout. There is no daily housekeeping service. If you’d like to arrange to have the home cleaned during your stay, that can be arranged for an additional charge. Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in. There are security cameras in the common areas for safety and guest security. Only facing outdoor areas, not inside the units. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. House Rules: - Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book. - No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 9 pm.
