This is an amazing 1 bedroom luxury condo that boasts with amenities. There is a wave pool, a lazy river, a swim up bar, and not to mention a beautiful beach to walk the sunsets. 1 Bedroom comfortably sleeps 4 adults + 2 kids (under 12) If you need a 2 bedroom, I might be able to accommodate that as well. Just let me know :) High quality furniture, a beautiful balcony with a plunge pool and lounge chairs to relax and watch the sun go down or rise up depending if you are a morning person. Fully equipped kitchen, jacuzzi, and a king size bed. The beds are super comfortable with plush pillows and comforter. There are 2 sofa beds in the living room that have plenty of sheets and extra pillows. Room views may vary as rooms are assigned at check in based upon what is available. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a lot of space for groceries for the week. You also have access to a washer/dryer for fresh clean clothes. There is a balcony and you do have beach access. There are no grills on the property. Take a tour of gourmet cuisine when you visit Nuevo Vallarta. The resort chefs are amazing and practice local farm-to-table practices. Swim in the beautiful GM and MP pools. Some activities are at an additional cost. There is a dedicated property manager available 24/7 at this location. Ring the front desk for any issues. You are responsible for service charges such as long distance phone charges, personal charges, and the 600$ resort fee per week. The resort fee is NOT per person, it is only for the week you stay. The 600$ resort fee is to be paid to the resort which covers pick up from airport-to-resort (only), Internet Service, Fitness Center Access, Daily Maid Service, Turn Down Service, Local Telephone Calls, Internal Resort Transportation, Welcome Cocktail, Daily newspaper (upon request), and Incoming Faxes. Payment is made at check-in. There is a higher resort fee for Mexican nationals. Also 30$ charge as well for using the in-room safe. Room views may vary. Rooms are assigned at check in. Resort parking is typically limited to one car per unit. A parking fee may be charged.
