You’ll love my place as it is two steps away from anything you need or would like to explore. My loft is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The loft is super clean and spacious and offers a true homey and relaxing atmosphere, All you need to do is come with your personal clothing and toothbrush! As my guest you will enjoy: * A well equipped kitchen with all you need for cooking your food or make your morning fruit shake. * Loads of towels. * All essentials such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. * Clean premium bed sheets. * Extra blanket and pillows for your choice (on top of the set on the bed). * Flat screen TV with music and sports channels + movies (like Netflix). * High speed internet. And the most important perk is its great calming vibe. Guests have access to the entire flat and its amenities. My guests can also book my own private rooftop terrace for small and relaxed rooftop events. I’m always available for my guests in case of any needs regarding the flat, area or going out tips and suggestions. Any assistance needed is welcomed. Im available and my response time is extremely fast as i live in the same building as my vacation flat. About the neighbourhood Montefiore Quarter of Tel Aviv, is one of the oldest in Tel Aviv. Bordered on all sides by major roads, the neighbourhood itself is mostly an island of urban calm. The buildings are mostly three or four stories, with a mixture of offices, residences, shops and restaurants, Modern apartment buildings rise next to old car repair shops and historic Templar buildings, 24/7 grocery stores, wonderful coffee shops and bicycling while you can also enjoy locals stroll slowly through the shadows of the Azriely Towers and towering trees. This neighbourhood known for its contrasts. From choreographers to chief executives, locals leisurely sip coffee at sidewalk cafes in the morning and applaud avant-garde theatre performances at night. The Montefiore neighbourhood is a young and gay friendly neighborhood The loft is very comfortable and is a wonderful geographic starting point to explore everything you would like to see and experience in Tel Aviv with a walking distance. Public transportation is heaven from this point to or from anywhere and everywhere in Israel which makes life very easy when traveling between Tel Aviv and the airport or when visiting other cities during your visit. There are huge amount of bus lines that are less than one minute away + the Ha-Shalom train station is 7 minutes walk from the building. Parking: For those of you who are driving, There is plenty of free parking spaces from 6pm till 8am as this is a light industrial area which has become residential in the past few years and it still has many work shops and offices around so after working hours there are many parking spaces available which is extremely rare for the center of Tel Aviv.
