Avoid creating noise that will disturb others/neighbours. 4. Any part of the house that is damage, if you lost the key. This will all be charge accordingly. 5. In the event of any disaster or accident. Including power or water outage, Will do our best to assist and help you with the situation. However we are not responsible for this unavoidable circumstances. We cannot refund the total or partial amount of your reservation for those reasons. Cancellation policy applies. 6. NO pets allowed. When using the BBQ If you are planning to grill during your stay. Please bring your own ignition light. How to clean up: Please leave the grill as it is. Kindly put your used charcoal in the stone box. You can use the shovel and ash collector near the entrance (See photo). Please take your trash with you and cooperate with our eco activities. Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number. So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed .
