As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, electric induction, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave, a bread toaster, Fibre fast wifi internet (100mbps) The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers television and internet access. There is one bedroom in this apartment which contains a queen size bed. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink, and a walk-in shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 2 pm and check-out is 12 noon. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are paid parking on-premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property. On-site payment ( registration to issue swim bands upon check-in) -Only one child with 3 feet and below is not included in the number of guests -Pool access is 250 pesos per shift -Monday no swimming CLOSED for pool maintenance. Pool schedule: AM Shift 7:00 AM-12:00NOON PM Shift 2:00- 7:00 PM -Foreign guests, a copy of your passport is required. -Government/Valid IDs and Covid vaccination cards of All the adult Guests. Must be fully vaccinated or negative RTPCR test within 48 hours. -Covid Vaccination card is also required for 13 years old and above. -Please send me a copy of the above attached 2 days before the check-in date because I need to fill it in manually. I will then send this to the Admin for Guest Approval. Once approved, the Guest is required to bring a copy on their check-in day at the concierge and show it as US to the front guard in the bldg.
