It is a short walk to the town square, shopping, live music and many of the best restaurants that Cozumel has to offer. We’re located just 10 min drive from downtown (30 min walk), and public beaches can be reached within a 10 min drive. The stay of a lifetime awaits you at our beautiful condo. Inside, our kitchen is fully equipped to make meals at home with all the appliances you’d need to make a homecooked meal. Our balcony has a private BBQ and overlooks the tennis courts. The king sized bed has new linens and is very comfortable, and there is a Smart TV in the living room. There are two bathrooms- one bathroom (located off the bedroom) features a double vanity sink, toilet, and glass stand up shower (no bathtub). The other is off the main living area also has a toilet, shower, and single vanity; and both come stocked with towels and toiletries- no need to bring your own! Outside, the complex itself has so many amenities! Cool off in a sparkling shared pool, a hot tub, gym, tennis courts, garden areas, and more! Thank you for your understanding! - We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved. - Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back!
