We would bring groups of students to Progreso to study and live in a local neighborhood. That is where I bought my house in 2005. It is next door to the family I have known for many years and who helped us with the student groups. As a renter, you can benefit from my long-term connections there. You will enter a neighborhood that is safe, inviting, and has a helpful neighborly feeling, without being intrusive. When Robin’s renters come there, they are treated like they are very special. And they are! If you don’t know Spanish-no problem! They are used to that and will understand your needs. If you want to learn Spanish-this is a PERFECT place to do it. The owner is not located in Progreso but can be reached anytime by text, email or call and can assist with any questions, repairs, etc. Safe and quaint neighborhood and conveniently located.
