The Studio is located ground floor, pool view, king size bed, equipped kitchenette with electric grill, fridge and microwave, toaster, coffee maker, table with two chairs, private bathroom, cable tv, A/C, free wi fi, closet. The studio is private for you! The only areas you will share with other guests are our common area downstairs, garden and swimming pool. The access is through a smart locker with code to access the house. We are always available via message, email or call. Puerto Aventuras is a safe neighbourhood with private security located in the middle of the Mayan Riviera (15 minutes driving from Playa del Carmen and 30 minutes from Tulum), few kilometers away from Mayan Ruins, Cenotes, Beaches. Every Wednesday and Saturday fruit and veggies market in the little square in the center of Puerto Aventuras. Just outside the complex (5 minutes by car) you will find a big Supermarket (Chedraui) to refill your fridge. Inside Puerto Aventuras is everything in walking distance, is really safe and you can stroll everywhere. Otherwise ask us, we can help you to rent bikes, golf carts, cars. Outside the complex you will find colectivos (public minivan transportation), cheap and easy to use. We provide bathroom towels; Please bring your own pool/beach towels.
