The space is designed with an open-concept living area with large windows that looks out at the garden and private entrance. We are in the residential area of Puerto Morelos, just 1 block from the Caribbean Sea and close to the heart of Puerto Morelos, Mexico. Fully equipped kitchen, with all you would need for a short stay; King size bed, and a sofa bed perhaps for a young kid. Located on the 2nd floor, It has a big balcony with garden view where you can seat to enjoy your morning coffee, or have a glass of wine looking at the sunset. Feel free to knock at my door if you need anything, I'm always happy to interact with guests. The property is located in the downtown residential area, the neighborhood consists mainly on vacation rentals homes and apartments, it has a tourism atmosphere with people walking to the restaurants or riding their bikes, and it’s known to be safe and quiet, close to the beach and a couple of blocks away from the centre of town. Frequent local buses travel between the highway (la colonia) and the beach (el puerto) , you can catch the local bus at the corner of the street, or if you need a cab you can flag one down on the street or let us know and we can call one for you. At times, early check-in or late check-out is possible! Just contact us about your desired time and we will try to accommodate you. It all depends on whether or not we have guests arriving or leaving that day! Please notify us at least one day prior to arrange our schedules.
