Nice room ONLY 150 MTS FROM THE BEACH and bus stop to all around the bay in less than 40 min. The room has private bathroom, Queen Size Bed, neat and fresh terrace and full kitchen, there is a well assorted grocery store just across the street, also there is a lot of restaurants and gallerys around. You wont find a closer place to the beach in the best area of Bucerias for less IMPORTANT: Use of Air Conditioning is MXN $100 o $50 / night (depends season), which is paid upon arrival If you are looking for a place to rest, excelent location, and not to spend so much money in a full place, this is your choice, also this is the only room of my 3 that has private bathroom The Double Size bed is suitable for 2 persons, and i have an inflatable mattress for a 3rd person The bathroom is private, the kitchen is fully equiped, laundry is not available for guests, but there are many places to do laundry around just ask, Also there is an Air Conditioner and a fan, and generally is very fresh, btw the room is in a first floor with stairs access Normally in the mornings im not at home, but my mom or myself, will be happy to recieve you and provide you with everything you may need, during afternoon and weekends im at home most of the time, and i can gladly help you out about what to see or to visit in Bucerias and near places. Despite having hours of check in and check out, there is flexibility in case there are no reservations of other guests before or after your arrival, in any case I will let you know. It is a neighborhood in the touristic part of Bucerias, there are many restaurants around, the area is very safe, and there is a lot to do, just ask Highway 200 is a block away if you want to go to Vallarta, the airport or the nearby beaches, buses pass every 10 minutes for less than 20 pesos, there is also a taxi base around trhe corner, if you come from the airport and do not want to pay taxi You can cross the avenue and take the bus to "Punta de Mita" and get off at the "la hielera" stop in Bucerias There are two cats at home, but they are very friendly, if you dont like cats dont worry, they never goes upstairs where the room is.
