You will find yourself in the heart of the action, minutes by foot from the renowned Grace Bay Beach, a high-end grocery store, gourmet restaurants, clubs and bars, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. The apartment is on the second floor of the plaza at Ocean Club West, a well known and upscale resort in Providenciales. Three bedrooms, two of which have a king sized bed, ample closet space and glass shower enclosures. The 3rd bedroom features 2 single beds. The kitchen has everything you will need to make your own gourmet meals. Enjoy spreading out with family and friends in the spacious living/dining/TV area. Your group will have all the room you need. Parking is in the lot directly behind the plaza - you will always find a space and it is free. You will see the resort a short distance away. Climb one flight of stairs to the apartment. Access is by key code which will get generated at time of booking (not key!). When you venture out, you will walk less than five minutes anywhere and everywhere you might need to get to in the neighborhood from beach to bar to grocery store and even a medical clinic and pharmacy if needed. Centrally located in the heart of Grace Bay, this Ocean Club Plaza flat will let you experience the best of what the island has to offer. A short walk will get you to several great restaurants, shopping, groceries and the award winning Grace Bay Beach. Ocean Club West, the connected resort, is a pleasure to stroll through and resort amenities such as pool, gym and restaurant are available to our guests. *Please note we are offering a discount during the closure of the resort for repairs from August 26 to October 8. The flat will not be under any repairs and is fuly accessible. The beach will be available as well. However the pool, beach chairs, bars and resort restaurants will be closed during this period. Renting a car at the airport is highly recommended as you will have the independence to explore the island at your convenience. The neighborhood itself is walkable but to get to attractions and night life outside the Grace Bay area, you will need transportation. Taxis are readily available but can be expensive. Having said that, it is quite possible to enjoy this location without independent transportation as it is really in the heart of Grace Bay. Note that a significant discount is offered on our nightly rate from August 29 to October 18, 2024 while the adjoining resort undergoes repairs. During that period, all amenities in the flat will be available and you will have full access to the beach, ( please note access to the beach will be through areas under repairs at the Resort & Guests of The Plaza are asked to be diligent as they traverse through that area). The resort will be closed meaning there will be no beach chairs, pools ,gym access or restaurants at the resort. It’s a quiet time on the island and perfect for a completely peaceful and much less expensive getaway.
